Having met with the client to take a detailed brief, we implement the research strategy.
Capita draw up an initial list of companies to research where we believe we will locate the right candidate. We research the companies structure to identify likely target candidates and potential candidates are approached. We evaluate their experience, background and interest in the role.
cv's are forwarded for consideration and final reports are presented detailing the results of all contacts made.
Throughout the process regular contact is maintained with the client at all stages of the assignment.
