Having met with the client to take a detailed brief, we implement the research strategy.

Capita draw up an initial list of companies to research, where we believe we will locate the right candidate. This list is agreed with clients before taking the research to the next stage.

We research the companies' structure in depth to identify likely target candidates. Organisation structures are provided to evaluate where the potential candidate will fit within the hierarchy.

Potential candidates are approached by Capita and we evaluate their experience, background and interest in the role. CV's are forwarded for consideration and final reports are presented detailing the results of all contacts made.

Throughout the whole process regular contact is maintained with clients at all stages of the assignment.
